Smart Analytics & Machine Learning in (Re)-Insurance

In the first part, Uwe Nagel - Senior Data Scientist at the Digital and Smart Analytics Competence Center at SwissRe will share insights on what a Swiss Re data scientist does, which interesting problems SwissRe faces and how we tackle them using state of the art technology.
The second part, Marc Giombetti - Head of the Document Analytics Solutions team will cover the challenges around taking machine learning & text mining models and how to scale them up and integrate them in a productive enterprise environment. He will share his knowledge on what it takes to apply machine learning at scale.
In the last part, Gabriele Donino – Director & Head Digital & Smart Analytics Delivery will give insights about why machine learning is essential for the industry and how it changes the way SwissRe is doing business.
